PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of bamboo rice particularly by impregnating rice with bamboo extract obtained from bamboo leaves and shoots. Therefore, the bamboo rice has the taste and flavor peculiar to bamboo and is excellent in nutrients. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of bamboo rice is characterized by adding 140g of double-boiled bamboo extract having the concentration of 97% and 30g of anhydrous ethyl alcohol to 20kg of polished rice then stirring them; stabilizing the stirred rice in a container with a cover for 2-3 hours; drying the rice; and selecting and packing the rice. |
