Preparation of composite body, useful for production of footwear, from rubber blend and intermediate polyurethane layer

Preparation of a composite body from a rubber blend and an intermediate polyurethane layer involving preparation of the rubber blend from a rubber mass, fillers, and processing aids, including stearic acid, pressing of the rubber mass to a molded rubber article (MRA), foaming of the polyurethane on the MRA, the rubber mass having increased polarity due to enrichment with polar substituents, and addition of a nonpolar rubber. Independent claims are included for: (1) a composite body obtained as above; and (2) a rubber mixture for preparation of the MRA as described above, having good adhesion to polyurethane, and having increased surface polarity due to enrichment with polar substances.
