SUBSTANCE: sweet liquor contains the following ingredients, l/1000 dal of final product: alcoholized juice of magnolia vine, 1450-1550; alcoholized apple juice, 250-350; brandy, 280-320; sugar, 2050-2150 kg; citric acid, up to acidity of 0.6 g/100 cu.cm; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance. The invention proposes production of liquor with improved organoleptical properties due to giving liquor resinous aroma with oak tint, high concentration of extractive substances of natural raw material at high technology of process, and exclusion of raw material losses.
