PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stepping motor which assures higher quality and realizes accurate drive with lower noise. SOLUTION: A spacer 13 is formed to be deformed elastically when it is placed in contact with and pushed toward the end face of a magnet 11, height in the axial direction when the magnets 11, 12 and spacer 13 are stacked is set so that the accumulated height before the insertion mold coupling of these members is higher than the height after the insertion mold coupling thereof, and the insertion mold coupling is realized while both end faces of two magnets are pushed and held with the mold metallic die.
