<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide information providing system which can adjust an environment where a user can easily receive service. SOLUTION: The guide information providing system 1 is provided with mobile terminals 11 to 13, a reception terminal computer 32 receiving identification information which is radio-outputted from the mobile terminals 11 to 13, a reception information accumulating means 51 accumulating identification information and a guide information providing means 42 supplying guide information to the user to the mobile terminals 11 to 13, an image display device 36 and a projection system 37 based on accumulated identification information. When ID is outputted from the mobile terminals 11 to 13 to the reception terminal computer 32, a server 31 supplies various pieces of guide information to the user based on ID. Thus, the user can obtain guide information on a requested service item even if the use does not send in a consultation ticket, and the environment where the user can easily receive service can be adjusted.</p> |
