USE OF A MULTILAYER FILM MATERIAL FOR PACKAGING, MULTILAYER FILM MATERIAL AND WRAPPER CAPABLE OF BEING CLOSED BY TWISTING

To produce wrappers, especially of food products , a multilayer film material is used which is closed by imparting a twist to it. The multilayer material has: a central layer (11) of a polyethylene-based or polypropylene-based plastic material; two opposite layers (12, 13) of a polystyrene-based plastic material arranged on opposite sides of the central layer (11); at least one outer covering layer (14, 15) covering at least one of the two opposite layers (12, 13) and of receiving printing ink. This outer covering layer is produced from a plastic material chosen from the group consisting of polyethylene, polypropylene, PET, PETG.
