<p>The liquid crystal,LC, cell [1] has display glass panels [3,4] on both sides of a liquid crystal [2]. On top of this are polarising filters [6,7] and is used with background lighting [8]. Between the glass and the filter on the front side is a temperature dependent compensating unit [5]. This allows through light of a specific wavelength when the other polarising foil is blocking.</p> |
