Sample removal device has sensors (2) which react when in contact with a determined content of liquid; and openings (3) through which the liquid passes to reach the sample chamber in the unit. Removal of the liquid occurs using hydrostatic pressure via the openings in the unit. The sensors consist of a system controlled by chemical-physical reactions. Preferred Features: The device is filled with an indicator or several indicators which qualitatively react with a change in color of the content of the liquid. The device is connected to lines or collecting and further line systems. The device has a base (4) held by fixing lines (5) to stabilize the device at a sample removal site.
