<p>A method for producing a large-capacity solid electrolytic capacitor directly connectable to a semiconductor component and having an excellent high-frequency characteristic. One side of an aluminum foil (3) is turned porous,a dielectric layer (2) is formed on the porous portion, through holes (4) are formed in predetermined positions of the aluminum foil (3), an insulating film (5) is formed on the other side, not porous portion, of the aluminum foil (3) and on the inner walls of the through holes (3), a solid electrolytic layer (6) is formed on the dielectric layer (2), through-hole electrodes (7) are formed in the through holes (4), a current collecting layer (8) is formed on the solid electrolytic layer (6), openings (9) are formed in predetermined positions of the insulating film (5) of the aluminum foil (3), connection terminals (10) are formed on the openings (9) of the insulating film (5) and on the exposed surfaces of the through-hole electrodes (7).</p> |
