PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to include batch processing, such as sterilizing and cooking food, in a production line designed for consecutive processing including a container-forming process, a food-filling process, and a container-sealing process and to improve sealing capability in the sealing process. SOLUTION: This device comprises a loader section 1 for placing a sheet formed-body 6, which has many recessed container portions 5, onto a cassette 11, also filling food into each recessed container portion 5 of the sheet formed- body 6, and then arranging the sheet formed-body 6 and the cassette 11 together as one unit, which is stacked on another. The device also comprises a food processing section 2 for batch sterilizing and cooking the food of each of units 25 stacked one on another. The device further comprises an unloader section 3. In the unloader section 3, each unit comprising the sheet formed-body 6 and the cassette 11 is separated from the stack of units 25 ejected from the food processing section 2, the sheet formed-body 6 is separated from the cassette 11 in order to be sealed at the top, then each recessed container portion 5 of the sheet formed-body 6 is punched out and cut, and thus the recessed container portions 5 are separated from one another as individual products. |
