PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of flexibly switching from integrative monitoring and commanding of routes to individual monitoring and commanding of each route. SOLUTION: Each computer is provided with a route composition managing part managing a connection relationship between a monitor and a computer and assignment of a responsible route per computer, and an integrated monitoring and commanding part supporting monitoring and commanding of train operation regarding the responsible route. Routes can be displayed in each monitor by designation of an optional combination by monitoring and commanding the train operation by each integrated monitoring and commanding part in accordance with set route assignment information.
