PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic transfer film, with which hydraulic transfer is possible without complicated coating processes after a three-dimensional molding work by a mold pressing or the like and, in which the adhesion between a threedimensionally molded matter to be transferred and an ink layer is excellent, and the simple manufacturing method of a decorated molding employing the hydraulic transfer film with the. primer layer. SOLUTION: The hydraulic transfer film with the primer layer is formed by laminating the ink layer (B) and the primer layer (C), which is hydraulically transferable to the molding as an object to be transferred together with the ink layer (B) on a base material film (A), which swells or dissolves in a water base medium in the order of (A), (B) and (C). Further, by employing the hydraulic transfer film with the primer layer, a simultaneous hydraulic transfer of the ink layer (B) of the hydraulic transfer film and its primer layer (C) to the matter to be transferred is performed in the water base medium in order to manufacture the decorated molding.
