PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part transfer device capable of reducing a work space required for transfer work. SOLUTION: This part transfer device 20 provided fixedly in a part supply place is provided with a lifter mechanism 40, which can lift a deck mat 10 up to a refuge position. A cargo carrier 1 can be pulled out of a support frame constituting the part transfer device 20 at this refuge position. Consequently, transfer work is completed when the cargo carrier 1 which becomes empty once takes refuge, then other cargo carrier 1A advances into the support frame, and a lifted part (deck mat 10) is dropped toward the other cargo carrier. As a result, since the transfer work is performed within the part supply place, it is unnecessary to ensure an exclusive transfer space to utilize a space in a factory effectively.
