PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce physical and mental burdens on attendants and attendees associated with working for removing contamination while preventing the development of urocyctitis or the like due to bacteria by reducing and defining the range of contamination, as caused by the attaching of feces, for persons represented by so-called 'bed-ridden aged persons' who can not discharge feces using an ordinary stool and so, unavoidably discharge feces being laid on back, wearing paper diapers or pants being dosed with purgatives. SOLUTION: A feces storage part is provided bellow an anus by wearing a paper diaper or paper pants having the diaper spacer 6 as a component.
