PURPOSE: Luggage member structure for a vehicle is provided to reduce interference with a seat back, and to make the best use of indoor space by putting the luggage member under a floor in folding the seat back of a rear seat. CONSTITUTION: A containing portion(210) is formed in a floor panel(200), and bent downward. A luggage member is fixed in the front edge of the containing portion by a hinge(110). The luggage member is connected to a switch unit(30) embedded in a seat back and a link structure(40), and turned around the hinge in folding the seat back forward. A restoring spring(111) is formed in the hinge of the luggage member, and the switch unit is composed of a frame and an operating rod. The luggage member is put in and out of the containing portion of the floor panel by folding and unfolding the seat back.
