PURPOSE: An Internet lottery ticket by using a resident registration number is provided to make a user conveniently check the winning in the drawing of the lottery ticket by simply inputting the resident registration number one time and to effectively perform advertising by inducing the potential customers to the Internet. CONSTITUTION: The customers are classified depending on a birth year and a gender. The prize, the prize money, and the time remaining until the drawing are displayed. A part to input the resident registration number is displayed. The prize and the prize money are accumulated until a winner is outputted. The customer inputs the resident registration number(s31). A system compares the resident registration number with a lucky number(s32). If the resident registration number is the same as the lucky number, the customer inputs a reception address to send the prize and the prize money(s33). Otherwise, an advertisement of a company supporting the prize and the prize money is displayed(s34).
