PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for a employment-introduction service which preliminarily registers temporary workers who at home study the business relating to a firm, which has asks for the dispatch of temporally workers, by making use of a web educational application and rapidly introduces the temporary workers ready to fully execute jobs upon receipt of the request to send the workers, and also propose a system therefor. SOLUTION: WEB terminals 10 which the temporary workers use; a management system C for the head office of a firm which receivers the requests for the dispatch of the temporary workers; an employment-introduction device 1 which is installed in an ASP center A and has an in-site communication line A4, a WEB server 2, a communication-controlling means 11, a job offer- managing means 12 which receives, registers and manages job data, a temporary worker-managing means 13 which receives the job-hunting data, and registers and manages the temporary workers, a temporary worker-educating means 14 and a dispatch-managing means 15 which conducts the management and order of the dispatch; and a DB device 3 are provided. |
