PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To replace a drive without interrupting the power of an entire device, and to facilitate smooth replacing work. SOLUTION: The front panel of an outer casing 5 is detachable. A drive 8 is removed toward the front side of the outer casing 5 by interrupting connection to a control circuit part in the removed state of the front panel of the outer casing 5, and attached from the front side of the outer casing 5 to be connected to the control circuit part.
