<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system and its control method by which a user can easily recognize the update timing of a device profile. SOLUTION: The control means of this invention includes steps S103, S104 for retrieving a desired profile in a profile storage means and confirming its valid period to set an update flag, a step S105 of discriminating whether or not the detected profile is to be updated on the basis of the update flag and a step S106 informs the user about it when the discrimination indicates the necessity of update.</p> |
