PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to operate a moving type robot from a portable telephone or a terminal at a remote location through a server and confirm an operation result. SOLUTION: This service providing system is provided with a robot control server 10 connected to a network for decoding the control signals of the user and controlling the movable robot, the movable robot 1 connected to the network and operated by the control signals of the robot control server 10, a camera 3, the terminal 20 connected to the network for outputting a command to control the movable robot 1, and a charging processing means for checking a robot control server operation in respect to the user and performing the charging processing involved.
