PURPOSE: A structure for joining a portable disk player with an outer device is provided to conveniently detach and load the portable disk player by removing the exiting cover of the outer device. CONSTITUTION: In a structure for joining a portable disk player(40) to an outer device(50) to interface signals through an elastic contact point(58) and a fixed contact point(48) respectively installed at the portable disk player and the outer device, the structure includes an upper holding groove(42) and a lower holding groove(44) formed at upper and lower sides of the portable disk player, and an upper operating holder(60) installed at the corresponding mounting surface of the outer device for receiving force always in a locking direction and a lower fixing holder(70) installed at the corresponding mounting surface of the outer device.
