PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the display quality of a display device and to save the power of a power source device (to make the power of the power source device to be highly efficient), to save the space of the device and to lower the cost of the device, as to the display device and the power source device which supplies power sources of the display device. SOLUTION: In this display device, the switching frequency of a switching circuit constituting a power source part 400A is made to be equal to or to be the natural-number multiple of the pixel selecting frequency of a display part. As a result, the power source is stabilized at the timing when the write voltage for an image is decided and the influence of ripple components accompanying switching can be eliminated in the display device and, then, the display quality of the display device can be improved.
