PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve an odor problem, a noise problem, and a comparatively high equipment cost problem of a conventional floor drain of a room and ventilation equipment, and to provide the floor drain of the room and the ventilation equipment in which the odor problem is not generated, the noise is low, and the equipment cost is inexpensive. SOLUTION: The floor drain of the room and the ventilation equipment is characterized in that the floor drain and the ventilation of the inside of the room are executed by a conduit connected to a recessed part provided to the floor surface, the conduit is divided into the two directions, one is led to a drain passage via a water sealing trap and the other is opened to the air via a ventilating fan.
