PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor less liable to double charging. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor obtained by stacking an electric charge generating layer 3 and an electric charge transporting layer 4 on an electrically conductive support 1, a composition containing titanyl phthalocyanine and chloro-indium phthalocyanine and having main peaks at 7.5 deg., 24.2 deg. and 27.3 deg. Bragg angles (2θ±0.2 deg.) in X-ray diffraction is used as an electric charge generating material in the electric charge generating layer 3 and an anthrapyramidine derivative is further added.
