PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat cushion which can reduce concentration of body pressure to the hipbone and disperse body pressure to a flat hip part and thigh parts. SOLUTION: A recess part 2 in which the hipbone is housed in an user's seating condition is equipped on the rear end part of a seat board 1 formed of an elastic material to disperse body pressure to a flat hip part and thigh parts to remove a pain in the hip part.
