PURPOSE: A rubber compound, its preparation method and a molded product using the compound are provided, to reduce the vulcanization time, the viscosity, the permanent set and the hysteresis loss and to improve the reinforcement factor. CONSTITUTION: The rubber compound comprises a rubber or a rubber mixture; at least one filler; and a processing agent represented by R1-O-R2, wherein R1 and R2 are identical or different each other and are an alkyl group of C1-C8 substituted with OH (wherein R1 and R2, separately or together, don't have a region containing at least two OH groups present as 1,2- or 1,3-diols). Preferably the processing agent is 1,7-dihydroxydipropyl ether, 2,6-dihydroxydipropyl ether or 3,5-dihydroxydipropyl ether; and the filler is a siliceous filler and/or carbon black.
