PURPOSE: Provided is a crumble type organic fertilizer, slow release fertilizer, with excellent fertilization effect, easy spreading, and no smell and no agglomeration by using sesame dregs as main materials without fermentation. CONSTITUTION: The fertilizer, crumbled into spreadable particles, is prepared by the following steps of: grinding sesame dregs, wheat hull, and molasses into powder(3-4mm); mixing 35-45wt.% of sesame dregs, 15-25wt.% of wheat hull, and 1-10wt.% of molasses; adding 20-25wt.% of rice hull, 15-25wt.% of limestone and 0.1-5wt.% of binder; pelletizing a mixture at 60-75deg.C; crumbling the pelletized fertilizer. The resultant crumble type organic fertilizer has less than 10wt.% of water content and more than 80% of organics, which results in 4times more fertilizing effect than conventional byproduct fertilizer. |
