PURPOSE: A method for preparing polypropylene powder is provided, to improve the efficiency of the cooling process, thereby preventing the insufficient cooling and to carry out the cooling process with using no N2 gas, thereby reducing the cost. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the system comprising a bulk-blow cooler placed next to a polypropylene powder buffer silo. The cooler contains a plurality of vertical plates, the cooling water flows into the plates, and the polypropylene powder is cooled by allowing the polypropylene powder to flow between the plates.
