<p>The invention relates to compounds of general formula (I) where Rl = an alkyl, cycloalkylalkyl or aralkyl group optionally substituted on the aryl group; R2 = a phenyl group, or R2 = an optionally substituted biphenyl group and R3 = H or alkyl and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The above may be used for the production of a medicament for modulating sodium channels and in particular for treatment of pain (for example, neuropathic pain), epilepsy, neurodegenerative conditions and bipolar conditions.</p> |
