OPTICAL WAVELENGTH CUT-THROUGH NETWORK AND OPTICAL CROSS CONNECTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a large scale MPλS network that periodically switches paths so as to configure optical paths the number of which is that of optical wavelengths or more. SOLUTION: The optical wavelength cut-through network forms N-sets of cut-through paths, whose start points are set respectively to N-sets of routers and which adopt different optical wavelengths, and the end points of the cut- through paths are set periodically and sequentially to a plurality of (N-1) routers, except those to which the start points of the cut-through paths are set.
