PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system-interconnection system which enables stable starting of private power generating facilities without being influenced by load variations even when the load variations are large, prevents an unnecessary stop of the private power generating facilities caused by the load variations after the private power generating facilities are once started and makes continuous operation possible, and performs appropriate control of the private power generating facilities by a controller. SOLUTION: In this system, the controller 7 controls the output power of the private power generating facilities 3 so as to make the output power of power receiving facilities 1 a target value, when a start determination device 8 starts the private facilities 3. The determination device 8 can start the private facilities 3 without being influenced by load variations even if they are large, and in addition enables their continuous operation without making unnecessary stop owing to the load variations. Besides, the controller 7 enables high- efficiency operation of a generator 31 which the private facilities 3 comprises, even if its load varies. |
