PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle-punch decoration method capable of applying the decoration of letters, patterns or the like having clear outlines on a cloth, sown clothes or the like by performing punching with needle-punch needles mounted on a multihead electronic embroidering machine. SOLUTION: A polyethylene film 9 is placed on the reverse side of a cloth, sown clothes 8 or the like on which the decoration of letters, patterns or the like is applied. On the obverse side, a cloth 10 which is used for decoration is placed, an embroidering frame 5 of the multihead electronic embroidering machine 1 is held, and needle-punch is applied according to the pattern information of the needle-punch inputted in a controlling part. Subsequently, the polyethylene film 9 is heat fused to stabilize the decoration part 11.
