PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substantially eliminate a horizontal micro positional deviation by preventing the positional deviation between the lower end part of a support rod 23 supporting a load disk 22 and a well slag 20 pivotally supporting it in a pneumatic spring type vibration isolator supporting load of a support counter-body by the pneumatic spring having a gimbal piston. SOLUTION: A steel ball 24 is disposed in the lower end part of the support rod 23 supporting the load disk 22, while the well slag 20 is disposed in the bottom part of a piston well 18 extending downward from a piston body 13, and the steel ball 24 of the support rod 23 is rotatably abutted and supported thereto. A retainer member 25 composed of a rubber elastic body is formed from the lower end side of the support rod 23 to the well slag 20 covering the steel ball 24 and stuck thereto by vulcanization. A horizontal groove part 25a is provided in the whole outer circumference of the retainer member 25.
