Disclosed herein is a detachable handle capable of being commonly used in all of different cooking vessels having different rim thicknesses. The detachable handle includes: a body including a fixing holding element; an actuation holding member having an actuation holding element; a rotary knob installed on the body; a power transmitting structure including an actuation slot and an actuation pin; and a control means allowing the actuation holding member to maintain a holding state according to a thickness of the rim of the cooking vessel. Therefore, the rotary knob is rotated in a forward direction or a reverse direction, such that the actuation slot and the actuation pin of which a rotation radius is changed according to the thickness of the rim of the cooking vessel cooperate with each other, thereby holding or releasing all of the cooking vessels having the rims with various thicknesses. |
