PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate resin composition having high hydrolytic resistance, excellent moisture resistance, good flame retardance, mechanical strength, slidability and abrasion resistance. SOLUTION: This polycarbonate resin composition comprises (A) 30-90 pts.wt. of a polycarbonate resin having a viscosity-average molecular weight within the range of 10,000-100,000, (B) 1-50 pts.wt. of a styrene resin, (C) 0.5-30 pts.wt. of a slidability improver and (D) a phosphoric ester compound having <=1 acid value in an amount of 1-30 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the total amount of the components (A), (B) and (C). The polycarbonate resin composition comprises further (E) a composite rubber graft copolymer prepared by grafting a vinyl monomer on a composite rubber containing a polyorganosiloxane and a polyalkyl (meth)acrylate in an amount of <=20 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the total amount of the components (A), (B) and (C). Furthermore, (F) an epoxy stabilizer in an amount of 0.01-10 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the total amount of the components (A), (B) and (C) may be contained.
