PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid cosmetic having good stickability to a cosmetic- coating tool, good spreadability on the skin, and excellent sustainability of makeup while including a silicone-based film-forming agent. SOLUTION: This solid cosmetic is obtained by formulating 1-50 wt.% elastic organic powder having <=1.0 MPa compression strength, and 0.1-30 wt.% silicone- based film-forming agent. The elastic organic powder is preferably obtained by using one or more kinds selected from a polyurethane, a polymethyl methacrylate and a nylon.
