PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generating device enabled to effectively utilize the heat exhausted from a power semiconductor element used for the same. SOLUTION: A power semiconductor element 6, connected to the direct current output of the fuel cell main body 3 enabled to exhaust the generated heat through a heat exchanging device 7, is mounted to a cooling fin 5a, and the cooling fin 5a is arranged at a flow path of oxygen to be supplied to the fuel cell main body 3 by a fan 9, and the exhausted heat of the power semiconductor element 6 is supplied to outside as a thermal output. |
