PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective mask ROM and a production method therefor, with which a product corresponding to the specifications of each users can be provided by performing wiring with the same aluminum reticle, even when the specifications of each of users are different. SOLUTION: This method is provided with a first route for inputting a pulse, which is provided by passing a reference pulse 93, from an address transition detecting circuit through a first delay circuit 23, and a fixed potential to a second NAND circuit 26; a second route for inputting a pulse, which is provided by passing the reference pulse from the address transition detecting circuit through the first delay circuit; an inverter and a second delay circuit 22; and the fixed potential to a first NAND circuit 25 and inputting the output of the first NAND circuit and the pulse, which is provided by passing the reference pulse from the address transition detecting circuit through the first delay circuit, to the second NAND circuit, so that either first or second route is selected. |
