PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite cured body consisting of a paper-making sludge with high water resistance and moisture resistance, and an apparatus for manufacturing it. SOLUTION: Strength of the composite cured body 100 is improved as aluminum sheets 6 are arranged on the front and the back surface of a cured body 1 prepared by curing the paper-making sludge. In addition, as water and moisture are prevented from penetrating into the cured body 1 by means of the aluminum sheets 6, water resistance and moisture resistance of the composite cured body 100 is improved.
