PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin/metal composite thin tubular body which consists of a resin layer on its inner side and a metallic layer on its outer side, does not give rise to trouble in machining, etc., by post process steps and is straight and uniform. SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing the resin/metal composite thin tubular body comprises fixing a thin tubular body made of a resin and an arbor made of a conductive resin by using power feed parts consisting of a metallic pipe having an inner diameter at least greater than the external diameter of the fine tubular body made of the resin and a pipe-like resin arranged to insulate and coat at least the outer periphery of the metallic pipe at one end of the metallic pipe and repulsively holding and fixing the metallic pipe segment of at least one power feed parts to fix the thin tubular body made of the resin inserted with the arbor made of the conductive material under tension, then impressing a potential to the power feed parts thereby forming the metallic layer.
