PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat disposition structure movable the seats in the car width direction according to the using states and having superior generality. SOLUTION: This vehicle seat disposition structure is provided with first rear seats 26 and 28 disposed in the car width direction, a first retainer means 38 retaining the first rear seat 26 in a position approaching to the first rear seat 28, and a second retainer means 40 retaining the first rear seat 26 in the side of a side door 16a separating from the first rear seat 28.
