PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a top hanging device which guides a hinge-base frame and a traveling frame in a guide rail lengthwise direction, and stably opens/ closes top-hinged folding doors, by mounting guide rollers via hanging blocks on a guide rail of a head. SOLUTION: The hanging blocks 8 are produced by machining an aluminum extrusion material into integral inverted L-shaped products with high rigidity, and vertical fitting fixture portions 10 of the respective blocks are set on an upper bed of the hinge-base frame 6 and an upper bed of the traveling frame 7 in an upward facing manner, respectively. Then, a pair of the front and rear guide rollers 15 on a front end side, and a pair of the front and rear guide rollers 15 or the guide rollers arranged in plurality in a width direction on a front or rear side are set on a horizontally long block base portion 11. Therefore, swing of the hanging blocks 8 at the time of movement of the traveling frame 7 can be prevented, which brings about stable movement of the folding doors.
