PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor which efficiently provides a processed image with high definition that a user desires. SOLUTION: A high frequency coefficient obtaining means 115 obtains a high frequency coefficient from an object image. A high frequency coefficient converting means 116 converts the high frequency coefficient obtained by the high frequency coefficient obtaining means 115 based on a pixel value which constitutes the object image. A processed image obtaining means 117 obtains the processed image of the object image based on the high frequency coefficient after conversion by the high frequency coefficient converting means 116.
