PURPOSE: A stand of a flat panel display is provided to easily combine the flat panel display with the stand using a connector and easily move the flat panel display upward and downward. CONSTITUTION: A stand of a flat panel display(100) includes a connector(310) combined with the flat panel display, a fastening member(320) combined with the connector, a pillar(400) having holes(410) formed at a specific interval, and a base(500) for supporting the pillar. The fastening member is fastened to the holes of the pillar to be caught by the holes. The fastening member is composed of a pair of two semi-circular rings. The base has wheels(510) and a braking device(511).
