PURPOSE: A multi-functional call center system is provided to compare a CTI(Computer Telephony Integration)-related technology and a GIS(Geographic Information System)-related technology with a large-sized call center or a social security network system, in order to use a cheap unPBX and small-sized database, thereby automatically obtaining position information to construct a marketing information system. CONSTITUTION: An obtain unit(1) supplies various CTI-related services to customers by using a CTI-related technology, and identifies telephone numbers of the customers to obtain the numbers. A local database(2) constantly updates electronic telephone directory CDs, and constructs data such as geographical positions by the telephone numbers. A software unit(3) maps GIS information to visually supply position information with address information, and performs a customer order information processing by using local GIS information. A controller(4) transmits a telephone number of a customer obtained through the obtain unit(1) to the local database(2), to extract local registration information of the customer, and extracts marketing information by using the customer's address information through the software unit(3).
