PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load protective device and a control center using the device capable of eliminating the use of a CT for an external meter and obtaining an output signal for the external meter (or output signal for instrumentation) for driving the external meter (or DCS) by means of an operation performed in the load protective device. SOLUTION: As the substitution of the CT for the external meter that has conventionally been used, a CT output operation function (CPU 5b) is provided in the load protective device 5. The output signal for the external meter or the output signal for the instrumentation for driving the external meter 6 or the DCS 14 is obtained by using a digital output obtained by the function through a digital-signal/analog-signal conversion means 5d.
