PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an error handling method permitting easy loading of security protocol even for information equipment including a portable terminal which has a severe restriction on resources such as memory capacity, to provide its system, a terminal unit and a program. SOLUTION: When an error occurs in execution of a security protocol 11 which executes handshake processing in order to establish connection after authentication execution, the terminal unit 10 is provided with a procedure which interrupts the handshake processing, and simultaneously submits a request to the application 13 which claimed the handshake processing to ask a user whether to continue the handshake processing or not, and a procedure which accepts a reclaim accompanied with the results of inquires to the user and continues the handshake processing if the result is affirmative for continuance. |
