PURPOSE: To make available the ultrasonic wave of a high frequency and to easily use the ultrasonic waves of different frequencies. CONSTITUTION: At least any one of a first basic frequency FR1 as a frequency, with which a half wavelength λ/2 of an ultrasonic wave to be propagated in a vibrating part 10 composed of an ultrasonic vibrator 1 and a horn 2 is almost matched with the thickness (TH1+TH2) of the vibrating part 10, and a first higher-order frequency, which is an integer multiple of the first basic frequency, is defined as a driving frequency.
