The working platform for the steel trelliswork towers of high-tension power lines has a tread surface on both sides of the tower's corner post. The tread surface (1) located outside the tower has an angle plate (3) located centrally on the front edge (2) pointing towards the tower and standing perpendicularly to the tread surface, and fastened to the corner post. A tubular profile (4,5) is fitted on both corners of the front edge and axially equally spaced in relation to the corner post, and a retaining ring is fitted over each tubular profile and by a flat steel plate connected to the tread surface located inside the tower.
