PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying facility to be used as a process drying facility for seasoning and drying Japanese apricots or the like to a desired drying state in a factory, and also in a farm house, drying the Japanese apricots or the like to the desired drying state independently of weather and dry-finishing the Japanese apricots or the like with less labor and healthfully. SOLUTION: This drying facility comprises a drying room 56 having a suitable size of internal space, an air circulating flow passage 57 disposed inside the drying room 56, and a blower 1 having a blast direction controlling means that is disposed in a suitable place in the air circulating flow passage 57 and can perform circulation or exhaustion of air in the drying room 56 or simultaneously perform the circulation and the exhaustion at any ratio. |
